TarArchive.SetKeepOldFiles Method 

Set the flag that determines whether existing files are kept, or overwritten during extraction.

public void SetKeepOldFiles(
   bool keepOldFiles
);

Parameters

keepOldFiles
If true, do not overwrite existing files.
