Set the properties for an inline frame
- In Page view, at the bottom of the document window, click Design .
- Select the inline frame you want to work with by moving the pointer to the top border of the inline frame until it changes to a left-pointing arrow , and then click.
- On the Format menu, click Properties.

In the Inline Frame Properties dialog, set one or more of the following (if you don't want to use the default values):
- Name Type the name of your inline frame.
- Initial page Set or change the initial page of your inline frame.
- Title Type the title of the inline frame.
- Frame size Set the width or length of the frame in pixels or percentages.
- Margins Set the margins of the frame in pixels.
- Alignment Set the position for the inline frame on the page.
- Scrollbars Set your preferences for displaying scrollbars.
- Alternate text Type the text that you want the browser to show in the event that the browser does not support frames.
- Show border Select this check box if you want a border drawn around the inline frame.
Note Click the Style button (if it is available) to access other options for formatting your frame by using cascading style sheets as an inline style.
