Turn IntelliSense options on or off
Do one of the following:
Show or hide the IntelliSense list
- In Page view, at the bottom of the document window, click Code .
Place the insertion point where you want to add code by using the IntelliSense list.
Type some of the code you want to add, and then press CTRL+L.
A list appears with appropriate choices for the context. For example, if the insertion point is after <script language= Microsoft FrontPage displays a list of the script languages you can use.
If you want to hide the IntelliSense list, press ESC.
Show or hide the IntelliSense list automatically
- On the Tools menu, click Page Options, and then click the IntelliSense tab.
- Under Auto Popup, do one or more of the following:
- To specify whether you want FrontPage to display a list of tags or attributes after you begin typing, select or clear the HTML statement completion check box.
- To specify whether you want FrontPage to display a list of variables or function names after you begin typing, select or clear the Scripting statement completion check box.
- To specify whether you want FrontPage to display the declaration for a function after you begin typing, select or clear the Script parameter information check box.
