Remove a style from a cascading style sheet
In Page view, do one of the following:
- To remove a style from an external
cascading style sheet (CSS), open the .css file that contains the style.
External CSS files have a .css extension.
- To remove a style from an embedded CSS, open the Web page that contains the style.
- To remove a style from an external
cascading style sheet (CSS), open the .css file that contains the style.
- On the Format menu, click Style.
- In the List box, select User-defined styles.
- In the Style box, select the user-defined style you want to delete, or the built-in style from which you want to remove custom formatting characteristics.
- Click Delete.
