Retrieves a value indicating the current time along the local duration, as defined by the element's t:REPEAT or t:REPEATDUR attribute.

Syntax

Possible Values

sTimeString that specifies the current time on the element's local duration. The local duration is the amount of time from when the element begins until it stops, including playing in reverse and all repetitions.

The property is read-only. The property has no default value.

Remarks

This property is deprecated. For similar functionality, refer to the simpleTime property available with the time2 behavior.

If the t:AUTOREVERSE attribute is set to true on an element, the localTime is effectively doubled. The localTime property also includes the value of the element's t:REPEAT or t:REPEATDUR attribute.
