Setting the alarm
- Press the Back/Options
button.
Select Extras 
Date & Time. The current date and time are displayed.
Press and hold the Back/Options 
button and select Alarms to adjust alarm settings.
Select the setting you want, and use 5-way Navigation/Volume Joystick to make the changes.
Notes
- You can also access your alarm settings by selecting System Clock Settings Alarms from the main menu.
