Synchronizing encoding

If you are encoding songs from a CD or MiniDisc, enable Sync Track ("SYNC") so that your player will properly encode the songs from your source as separate tracks. Your player will automatically stop when the last song is played. Sync Track is enabled by default.

  1. Press the Back/Options button.
    You may need to do this more than once until the main menu appears.
  • Select Extras Line-in Recording.
  • Press and hold the Back/Options button and select Sync Track.
  • To enable or disable the Sync Track feature, select On or Off. When Sync Track is turned on, SYNC appears on the Line-in Recording screen.
