Commits the active transaction on the given transacted session. This method blocks the calling thread until a response is received or the operation fails.

OperationErrorException	Thrown when the operation fails. Typically this is thrown when the commit request has failed and must be rolled back. When the ReturnCode is set to SOLCLIENT_ROLLBACK, further reason for the rollback is available in the subcode: InvalidTransactedSessionID InvalidTransactionID NoTransactionStarted MessagePublishFailure TransactionFailure QueueShutdown TEShutdown SpoolOverQuota QueueNotFound InvalidConnectionOwner EndpointModified CommitRollbackAlreadyInProgress If the ReturnCode is SOLCLIENT_FAIL The status of the outstanding commit request cannot be determined.
