Description
Adds an argument of a specific type in a variable argument
PowerBuilder call.

Usage
This call is used in variable argument PowerBuilder calls,
such as datawindow.retrieve(arg).
After the call, the value returned by ci->pArgs->GetCount() increases
by one.
