An unknown NI-Serial software problem has occurred. Please try the following to resolve the problem before calling National Instruments:

1. Restart your system.
2. Run the NI-Serial Troubleshooting Wizard again.

If you still have the problem, try the following:

1. Uninstall NI-Serial for Windows.
2. Reinstall NI-Serial for Windows.
3. Restart your system.
4. Run the NI-Serial Troubleshooting Wizard again.
