Pole-Zero Analysis

Plots the poles and zeros of a system model on an XY graph that represents a complex plane.

Pole-Zero MapPlots the poles and zeros of a system model on an XY graph that represents a complex plane.
Autoscale Real Axis (X)Automatically scales the x-axis of the graph to display all the data.
Autoscale Imaginary Axis (Y)Automatically scales the y-axis of the graph to display all the data.
Input DataContains the following option:
  • Model—Specifies the model you want to analyze.
Pole-Zero AnalysisContains the following options:
  • Stability—Determines if the input system is stable, unstable, or marginally stable.
  • Zeros—Returns all the system zeros.
  • Poles—Returns all the system poles.
  • Natural Freq. (Damping Ratio)—Returns the natural frequencies and damping ratios for each pole in the system.
