Sort data

Data that you want to sort should be set up as a list. A list has similar items in each column, has labels for the columns across the top row, and does not include any blank rows or columns.

  1. In the design window, make sure the spreadsheet is activated. For instructions, see Help for your design program.
  2. Do one of the following:

    Sort by a single column

    Sort by more than one column
