There are two types of Failover Server:
- A Warm Failover Server backs up voicemail in real-time, and backs up call records and configuration data once per day.
- A Hot Failover Server backs up voicemail, call records and configuration data in real-time.
Unless otherwise stated, the information in this document applies to both types of Failover Server.
