Making a Line-In Recording

You can record audio from a line-in source and convert it directly into a WMA file.

  1. Press the Scroller.
  • Select Menu.
  • Select Line-In Recording.
  • Connect the Line-In source to your player with the Line-In Recording cable.
  • Press the Rec button to start the recording.
  • Begin playback on the Line-In source.
  • To pause the recording, press the Play/Pause button.
    To resume the recording, press the Play/Pause button again.
  • Press the Rec button again to end the recording.
    A name is automatically assigned to your recording and it is saved in the RECORDED folder in your player. The naming convention used is: LINE [YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS].
