Other Changes

  • File Import now checks keys in CSV detail records. If you import transaction files created by other systems, you should test file importing in version 5.4 to ensure that importing still works properly. This is because the 5.4 import functions perform some file checks more rigorously than in previous versions. For example, file import now checks that the key values for details in CSV flat files match the header keys, where, previously, the program did not check the detail keys if they were in the same CSV file as the transaction headers.

  • In the Currency Rates form, the Functional Currency field label has been changed to "To Currency." The currency specified can be the functional currency or another currency.

  • The Sage Common Desktop is included in this release.
