To filter feature data when you add it to a map
- In
AutoCAD Map 3D, connect to the data source in the Data
Connect window.

Overview of Bringing In GIS Features. - In the Data Connect window, under Add Data To Map, select the layers to add.
- Click the Add To Map down arrow and select Add To Map With Query.
- In the Create Query dialog box, create the expression for your query.
- Click OK.
