Firewall log database is corrupted
Symptom
Whilst using the firewall log viewer, you see the error message "The current Sophos Client Firewall log database is corrupted."
Resolve the problem
You need to be a member of the Windows Administrators group on this computer to do this.
- Using Windows, open Services.
- Right-click Sophos Client Firewall Manager, and then click Stop.

Using Windows Explorer, navigate to C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Sophos\Sophos Client Firewall\logs.
To view this hidden folder, you may need to display hidden files and folders in Windows Explorer.
- Delete op_data.mdb.
- In Services, right-click Sophos Client Firewall Manager, and then click Start.
