To specify the location for AutoSpool print files

  1. From the Tools menu, choose Options. Choose the Files tab.
  2. Double-click Print Support File Path.
  3. Double-click the Print Spooler File Location.
  4. Double-click the arrow.
  5. In the Select a File dialog box, enter the path to the directory where you want AutoSpool to send its print files.
