Description

Resets permission settings for the specified snapshot.

Syntax

ec2-reset-snapshot-attribute snapshot_id

Output

The command returns a table that contains the following information:

  • Snapshot ID

  • Attribute type identifier

  • ID of the AMI on which the attribute is being reset

  • Action identifier ("RESET")

Amazon EC2 displays errors on stderr.
