Triggers are case sensitive:

  • ill will not be replaced by I'll
  • Ill however will be replaced by I'll

Examples:

  • screenplays: to capitalize Names in dialogue: /ed image "EDUARD:"
  • mails and web: to enter several lines:
    Bugs.jpg

image Profiles allow you to keep several sets of replacements

Date+Time Stamps

If [date] is your replacement, your trigger (/now) will insert the format you have set up:

Symbols

Directly from the Insert Symbol Dialog ALT+X:

Alt_x.jpg

This saves you the hassle of grabbing cryptic symbols via Copy + Paste
The symbol will automatically get inserted into the Replacement field.
