Setting up WorldTime2003

Important!!. WorldTime2003 uses the same settings Windows uses when determining what your local time zone is. This is set up by going to Control Panel, choosing Date/Time and clicking on the Time Zone tab. Please ensure that the time zone is set to the location you currently reside in.
