ExtensionMethodsRequestAsyncTMessage Method (TcpGenericTcpClientTMessage, TMessage, Int32)
Sends a request to the server and waits for a response. Can be used along with, or in lieu of, the regular method of calling Write and handling the BytesReceived event.

client
Type: W.NetTcpGenericTcpClientTMessage
The W.Net.Tcp.Generic.TcpClient<TMessage> instance
request

The request to be made to the server
msTimeout

The time to wait for a response

TMessage
The message Type

Return Value

Type: TaskTMessage
default(TMessage) if a timeout occurs, otherwise the server's response

Usage Note

In Visual Basic and C#, you can call this method as an instance method on any object of type TcpGenericTcpClientTMessage.
