Flush block to output with compression

public void FlushBlock(

   int storedOffset,
   int storedLength,
   bool lastBlock
);

Parameters

stored
Data to flush
storedOffset
Index of first byte to flush
storedLength
Count of bytes to flush
lastBlock
True if this is the last block
