The following screens may appear on your player's display.

The file system is corrupted.
The player may have been formatted to an unsupported file system such as NTFS.

The firmware is corrupted.
Reset your player, download the firmware from www.creative.com/zenstoneplus or contact Customer Support Services.

An unexpected power loss occurred when settings were being saved.
Reset your player, download the firmware from www.creative.com/zenstoneplus or contact Customer Support Services.

There is no free disk space for recording. Try deleting some tracks to free up some space.

The player is loading or saving a track, or updating track information.
