Description
Specifies the text to draw on the axis.
Notes:
1. The system draws the caption where the labels appear on an axis. For example, if the system draws labels to the right of a vertical axis, the system draws the caption only on the right.
2. On a vertical axis, the system draws the caption vertically.
3. On the CNiKnob control, the caption positioning is determined by the knob style.
