Specifies the amount the value increments or decrements when the user holds down the increment or decrement button longer that the time specified by the AccelTime property.
Note: Use the AccelTime property to specify how many seconds the user must press down on the increment or decrement button before the control uses the AccelInc value to increment or decrement the value.
