Specifies the region area of the shape. The following list includes valid region areas.
- CNiShape::Normal - normal region.
- CNiShape::Inverted - inverted region.
Note: This property is only used if the CNiShape.Type is CNiShape::Region or CNiShape::MinMaxRegion.
