Review an Active Goal

1. Select a goal and click Review.

The Edit Goal pane displays.

Note:  The Goal Name, Type of Goal, and Reason for Goal fields are grayed out, as they cannot be edited.

2. Add any new notes pertaining to the patient’s progress.

3. As necessary, change the date in the Follow-up Date field.

4. Click OK.
