This gives daily totals of the calls for a particular DDI number, e.g.: A Virtual Queue if in use.

Total number of Calls on the Specified DNIS and for the particular Queue

Call Counts - Ans

Total number of Answered Calls on the Specified DNIS and for the particular Queue

Call Counts - Aband

Total number of Abandoned Calls on the Specified DNIS and for the particular Queue

Queue Time - Min

Min Queue Time for a Call on the Specified DNIS and for the particular Queue

Queue Time - Max

Max Queue Time for a Call on the Specified DNIS and for the particular Queue

Queue Time - Avg

Total Queue Time Divided by Call Counts - Total on the Specified DNIS and for the particular Queue

Ring Time - Min

Min Ring Time for a Call on the Specified DNIS and for the particular Queue

Ring Time - Max

Max Ring Time for a Call on the Specified DNIS and for the particular Queue

Ring Time - Avg

Total Ring Time Divided by Call Counts - Total on the Specified DNIS and for the particular Queue

Min Talk Time for a Call on the Specified DNIS and for the particular Queue
