A string that contains the name of the file to which to save this FreeImageBitmap.
format: Type: FreeImageAPIFREE_IMAGE_FORMAT
An FREE_IMAGE_FORMAT that specifies the format of the saved image.
flags: Type: FreeImageAPIFREE_IMAGE_SAVE_FLAGS
Flags to enable or disable plugin-features.

Exceptions
