FreeImageBitmapRotateT Method (Double, NullableT)
This method rotates a 1-, 4-, 8-bit greyscale or a 24-, 32-bit color image by means of 3 shears. For 1- and 4-bit images, rotation is limited to angles whose value is an integer multiple of 90.

angle

The angle of rotation.
