Search Suppliers

To access the Search Suppliers window (shown below), click Suppliers from the Main Menu and then click on Search Suppliers. Alternatively, you can access the Search Suppliers screen by clicking on Suppliers from the Amicus Toolbar and then click on Search Suppliers. This function allows you to quickly search any of the fields within the Supplier database.

To use this function, type the information that you wish to look up, such as a Supplier Name or Supplier Code and then click Find to search the Supplier database.

If NBS Amicus can find any information that matches the information you entered, NBS Amicus will either open the Add/Edit Suppliers screen showing the exact match for your search, or the Select Supplier dialogue if there is more than one match to your search. Note: If you leave the Search Text field empty and click on the Find button, the Select Supplier dialogue will appear with a listing of all the suppliers that exist in your supplier database. Select the supplier from the list and then click on the Select button to open up the Add/Edit Suppliers screen with the selected suppliers details populated.
