Glossary Item Box
Similar to the Customer Contact list, this report will list all the contact details for a customer now including Trading Terms.
Click Reports on the Main Menu, followed by Customer Reports then Customer Listing Report option. Alternatively, click Customers on the Toolbar followed by Reports, Customer Reports then Customer Listing Report option.

Options
Select a Starting Letter(Optional) and Select Search Text allow the results to be filtered by a Starting character or Containing a word. If lift blank these filters will return all Customer contact details. Results can be displayed on one line or multiple lines with Display Individual Customer Results On Single Line Only.

Filters
Searching By displays the search criteria used, name and/or company initials and/or whole words.
Details
The results displayed in the table include Number, Company, Surname, First Name, Contact, Status, Address, Delivery Address, Customer Group, Email Address, Home/Work/Mobile/ Facsimile Numbers, Default Trading Terms, default Payment Type, Date Changed, Tax Exempt, Tax Number, Discount, Limit Type, Credit Limit and any Notes linked to this customer. if the Customer has member card the report will also list the Card Number and Card Pin.
