Removing activities from your Outlook or ACT! Premium for Web Server calendars
You can remove ACT! Premium for Web Server activities from Outlook and Outlook activities from ACT! Premium for Web Server. This action will not remove cleared Outlook activities from ACT! Premium for Web Server and does not affect activities that were imported using the Import Wizard.

To remove activities from your ACT! Premium for Web Server and Outlook calendars
Open the ACT! Premium for Web Server database you want to remove Outlook activities from.
From the Tools menu, point to Outlook Activities, and then click Remove Activities.
The Remove Activities dialog box opens. For field definitions, press F1.
In the Remove all box, select one or both of the options, and then click OK.
