Gets all defined Variables.

Remarks
Returns an array of Variable objects, whose content depends on the application Context.

If the context is JobExecution the array contains all defined project variables and job variables.

If the context is JobPreview the array contains all defined project variables and some job variables.

If the context is OnlineEditingSession the array contains all variables defined in the template's associated xvp file as well as any added during the editing session.

If the context is DesktopEditingSession the array is empty.
