Full Windows Explorer Integration—Fully embedded within Windows Explorer.

Windows Drag-and-Drop & Copy and Paste—Supports Windows drag-and-drop and copy/paste features.

Multiple FTP Server Type Support—Supports Solaris, SunOS, AIX, Windows NT/2000/XP, AS/400, VMS, VM/CMS, MVS, and VM/VPS.

Directory Caching—Caches directory listings locally. This lets you browse directories offline and improve overall performance.

File Synchronization—Lets you synchronize files between your PC and the remote server. This is especially useful for FTP Server or Web publishing.

Live Editing—Lets you automatically edit files using an associated application and save the changes back to the server.

Shortcuts—Lets you create shortcuts to remote files and folders on your desktop for single-click viewing.

Security—Supports the following security systems:

  • Kerberos, an authentication system that secures the data being transferred between your PC and the FTP server.
  • Secure Socket Layer/Transport Layer Security (SSL/TLS) protocol provides security, authentication, and privacy to FTP communication over Telnet.
