DescribeReservedInstancesOfferings

The DescribeReservedInstancesOfferings operation describes Reserved Instance offerings that are available for purchase. With Amazon EC2 Reserved Instances, you purchase the right to launch Amazon EC2 instances for a period of time (without getting insufficient capacity errors) and pay a lower usage rate for the actual time used. Request Parameters

The following table describes the request parameters for DescribeReservedInstancesOfferings. Parameter names are case sensitive.

`ReservedInstancesId`	Displays Reserved Instances with the specified offering IDs. Type: String Default: none Valid Values: Valid offering IDs. Constraints: none	No
`InstanceType`	Displays Reserved Instances of the specified instance type. Type: String Default: none Valid Values: Valid instance type. Constraints: none	No
`AvailabilityZone`	Displays Reserved Instances within the specified Availability Zone. Type: String Default: none Valid Values: Valid Availability Zone Constraints: none	No
`ProductDescription`	Displays Reserved Instances with the specified product description. Type: String Default: none Valid Values: Valid product description Constraints: none	No

Response Elements

The following table describes the default response tags included in DescribeReservedInstancesOfferings responses.

Name	Description
`reservedInstancesOfferingId`	The ID of the Reserved Instance offering. Type: xsd:string
`instanceType`	The instance type. For more information on instance types, see Instance Types. Type: xsd:string
`availabilityZone`	The Availability Zone in which the Reserved Instance is available. Type: xsd:string
`duration`	The duration of the Reserved Instance, in seconds. Type: xsd:string
`fixedPrice`	The purchase price of the Reserved Instance. Type: xsd:string
`usagePrice`	The usage price of the Reserved Instance, per hour. Type: xsd:string
`productDescription`	The Reserved Instance description. Type: xsd:string
