The Run dialog is only useful at runtime, not before starting the emulator (as seen in the above screenshot). The possibilities in this menu are as follows :
| Continue (game)

| During gameplay, you can always press Esc to pause the game. Using this option you're able to continue again.

| Reset
|
| The reset option completly restarts the game you're currently running. Keep in mind you'll loose all unsaved data when using this option !

| Save State
|
| One of the best features coming with ePSXe, completly described in Features > Save states ! With this option you're able to save the current progress of your game to your HD instead of saving to a regular memory card. Such a save state usually takes between 1 and 3 MB, and allows you to save ANYWHERE in the game. There're 5 slots available with this option, but you can also use the shortcuts to access this function.

| Load State
|
| Same as above, just that it loads the previous created save state.
