Getting SendGuard to Check Your Emails

Just compose and send your e-mails like you have always done.

Whenever you click Reply, Reply To All or Send, SendGuard checks the email and then takes appropriate action as needed.

Changing Settings

The checks that SendGuard makes on your emails can be changed by modifying the SendGuard settings. To do this ...

If you are using Outlook 2007:

• Start Outlook and go to your Inbox.
• Click Tools > Standss > SendGuard > Settings to display the Settings screen.
• Click on the appropriate tab and make changes as necessary.
• Click OK to save your changes.

If you are using Outlook 2010 and 2013:

• Start Outlook and go to your Inbox.
• Click on Standss Outlook Addins tab
• Click on SendGuard > click "Settings" to display the Settings screen.
• Click on the appropriate tab and make changes as necessary.
• Click OK to save your changes.
