This topic lists the options available on the Transfer menu.

Opens the Select File to Send as ASCII dialog.

Opens the Specify Filename to Receive as ASCII dialog.

Opens the Select File to Send as Binary dialog.

Opens the Select File to Send using Kermit dialog.

Starts the transfer of the file(s) from the currently connected server.

Opens the Select File to Send using Xmodem dialog. For more information on Xmodem, see Overview of Xmodem.

Opens the Specify Filename to Receive using Xmodem dialog. For more information on Xmodem, see Overview of Xmodem.

Opens the Select Files to Send using Ymodem dialog. For more information on Ymodem, see Overview of Ymodem.

Starts the transfer of the file(s) from the currently connected server A computer program that provides services to other computer programs (called clients). Opens the Select Files to Send using Zmodem dialog. For more information on Zmodem Zmodem is a file transfer protocol that touts speed and reliability. In this terminal emulation application, it provides a mechanism for secure file transfers as long as the remote machine has Zmodem support installed. , see Overview of Zmodem.

Starts the transfer of the file(s) selected in the Select Files to Send using Zmodem dialog to the currently connected server. For more information on Zmodem, see Overview of Zmodem.
