GetValue

Retrieves information from a PCAN Channel.

	Function	Description
	GetValue(TPCANHandle, TPCANParameter, String, UInt32)	Retrieves information from a PCAN Channel in text form.
	GetValue(TPCANHandle, TPCANParameter, UInt32, UInt32)	Retrieves information from a PCAN Channel in numeric form (32-Bit).
	GetValue(TPCANHandle, TPCANParameter, UInt64, UInt32)	Retrieves information from a PCAN Channel in numeric form (64-Bit).
	GetValue(TPCANHandle,TPCANParameter)	Retrieves information from a PCAN Channel.
