Developing Read Applications

You can use the following OCR examples to learn how to use OCR to create OCR reading applications in LabVIEW, LabWindows/CVI, and/or Microsoft Visual Basic:

• LabVIEW—OCR First Example, which is located in <LabVIEW> examples\Vision\2.Functions\OCR\OCR First Example.vi, where <LabVIEW> is the location to which you installed LabVIEW.
• LabWindows/CVI—OCR First Example, which is located in <CVI>\samples\Vision\2.Functions\OCR\OCR First Example.prj, where <CVI> is the location to which you installed LabWindows/CVI.
• Microsoft Visual Basic—OCR First Example, which is located in <Vision>\Examples\MSVB\2.Functions\OCR or <Vision>\Examples\MSVB.NET\2.Functions\OCR, where <Vision> is the location to which you installed NI Vision.
