EDVR Error with Ibcnt Set to 0xE1060075 (-519700363)

This error is returned when the driver is unable to communicate with a GPIB-ENET/100 during an ibfind or ibdev call for one of the following reasons:

  • The IP address is incorrect
  • The box is not powered on
  • The box did not pass its self-diagnostic test
  • In general, the box is not configured or installed correctly
