Change data in a cell

  1. In the design window, make sure the spreadsheet is activated. For instructions, see Help for your design program.
  2. Click the cell you want to change.
  3. Do one of the following:
    • To enter a new number or text in the cell, replacing the current contents of the cell, type the new value.

    • To change a portion of the contents of the cell, double-click the cell and make your changes.

  4. To accept your changes to the cell, press ENTER.

Notes

  • A cell can have only one font and text format.
  • If you see a message indicating that the range is locked, you must turn off protection before you can modify the cell.
