YRulerOrigin cell (Ruler & Grid section)
Specifies the zero point on the y-axis ruler for the page.
Remarks
This cell corresponds to the vertical Ruler zero option in the Ruler & Grid dialog box (click Ruler & Grid on the Tools menu).
