Sets or retrieves whether the text in the object is underlined.

Syntax

Scripting	object.style.textDecorationUnderline [ = bUnderline ]

Possible Values

bUnderline

Boolean that specifies one of the following values: true Apply the underline. false Prevent the underline.

The property is read/write with no default value.

Expressions can be used in place of the preceding value(s), as of Microsoft® Internet Explorer 5. For more information, see dynamic properties.

Example

This example uses the textDecorationUnderline property to underline the text when the user clicks the text with the mouse.
