clearTimeout Method

Cancels a time-out that was set with the setTimeout method.

Syntax

window.clearTimeout(iTimeoutID)

Parameters

iTimeoutIDRequired. Integer that specifies the time-out setting returned by a previous call to the setTimeout method.

No return value.
