Click on Resources>GPC Library
GPC Library is a resource utility provided for the medical practice to store all varieties of folders and documents in an organized way. These folders and documents are then accessible to all users.

Features of the GPC Library are:-
1. Structure
Complete file-folder structure for easy navigation and storage.
2. Icons
· Original shell icons extracted from the OS. It lets you spot the type of file without a single click.
· Opening or closing of the folder is reflected by change in the icon
3. View
Provides 4 options
· List
· Detail
· Small Icon
· Large icon
‘Detail’ option will list the file owner, created date, modified date along with file type
4. Sharing of Files across users
· Simple option to share or un-share file/folder with other users.
· All subfolders and files can be shared with a single-click
· Ability to change the sharing at any point of time
5. Basic operations
Renaming of file/folder, common shortcuts, document properties are all supported
6. Block Copying
An entire folder structure with all its content can be copied with a single click from the file system into GPC
7. Security
Permissions are internally evaluated before allowing any operation
Ex:
· Changes to a folder can only be made by the administrator or the owner (user who created it)
· Any changes by a non-administrator to a folder of which he is the owner will be disallowed if the folder contains information added by other users
