Click on Financial > All Stored Claims
The Stored Claims Form contains to adjacent windows
- Pending Vouchers
- Batched Vouchers
Clicking on the arrows < and > >> can move the claims back and forth between these two windows
Only claims in Pending vouchers can be edited
Double click any claim in Pending vouchers if the claim requires adding or deleting of item numbers.
- Pending Vouchers- Editable
- Batched Vouchers- Not Editable
