Setup

1. Cryptostore Path
   This is the path to the PSI certificate. Click find to browse to the certificate. By default it will be pointing to the test file PSI certificate.
2. Passphrase
   This is the password to the PSI certificate. This password should be stored in a secure location by the practice. If it is lost then a new passphrase will need to be obtained from MedicareAustralia.
3. Location ID
   This value will be provided to you by the software vendor. ( eg. HES***** ) 
4. Set Live Values
   Click on set live values
5. JRE (Java Runtime Environment)
   Insert this path -  C:\Program Files\Java\jre1.5.0\bin\client\jvm.dll
